THE BOOKS

IN SITU  a science fiction novel
(ARZAT SERIES Book 1)

So why didn't at least some of the dinosaurs evolve into intelligent beings in all of the millions of years they ruled the planet? It is the premise of In Situ that they did, and that one of my main characters--Alexandra Moss--discovers one of them preserved and still alive deep inside the bowels of a Utah mountain.

In Situ is a fast paced pre-apocalyptic novel about the tendency for history to repeat itself in unexpected ways and it is about people being people, regardless of the circumstances, and even if they do happen to have a dinosaur or two in their gene pool.

IN NATURA  a science fiction novel
(ARZAT SERIES Book 2)

When paleontologist Alexandra Moss, her husband Tom and their two amazing reptilian Arzat companions Mot and Ara awaken from a 10,000 year cryogenic sleep that began in the twenty-first century, they escape their underground sanctuary and happily discover a world that has transformed itself back into a veritable Garden of Eden—except this garden bites back!

MANAGEMENT One-Point-Oh

THE ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF A GREAT MANAGER

I have been in hospitality management for over 40 years and have been “mismanaging” my own life for over 60. Management One-Point-Oh is the culmination of what I have learned and what I have not learned about both. I wrote it mostly for fun, but also with the aim of saving some folks, particularly young managers, from themselves—and to describe in simple detail what I think are the primary differences between bad, good, and great managers.
